PVP
PvP is implemented. Its operation is divided into 4 aspects: attack, defense against infantry, defense against cavalry, and siege, which only damages buildings.
When moving armies, we can decide whether to send them in attack mode or defense mode:
Attack: Units head to the selected square and will carry out their attack against everything present in that square. If they win the attack and there is loot to plunder, and if there is available space in the inventory, they will loot resources. Then, the troops automatically return to the starting point where they received the attack order.
Defense: Units move to the selected square and hold position until receiving another movement order. If the square is occupied by other friendly or enemy armies in Defense mode, all of them can be on the same square defending.
In addition to these main movements, there is an additional case which is the ambush: If an army that is defending a square is crossed by another army, it will be attacked.
All armies in movement wait for 5 seconds upon reaching the center of each square before advancing to the next. During these 5 seconds, they are in defense mode. If another army reaches the center of the square during this time and the square is already occupied, it enters attack mode.
All troops need wheat to survive. If they are in the city, they consume the wheat production directly. When you send troops out of the city, remember to provide them with enough wheat supply to survive during their journey. If you are at a point on the map, armies can be supplied with wheat by your own or allied merchants.
