Manufacturing Workshops:
There will be different types of workshops for each manufacturing branch, with the most basic ones capable of processing raw materials, such as the tannery that converts animal hides into leather, and the armorer that uses that leather to create an armor item. These items created at the end of the manufacturing chain will serve to provide special bonuses to armies, or some type of non-cumulative bonus or improvement for your buildings. All raw materials or items at any stage of creation can be traded on the in-game market, which connects all players.
