The liquidity to give value to all these tokens will be obtained from the token pre-sale. The minimum total to be raised to give value to the token at $0.01 USD per token is $100,000.

If, as a result of the pre-sales, the total raised exceeds $106,000, 95% of the excess amount will be allocated to listing the token. This will allow the initial value of the token to be higher than $0.01 but never lower than this.

The 5% obtained from the surplus will be allocated to development funds.
